Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Handle all statuary compliance of above concerned government  departments.
•  Handling Complete employee joining and exit formalities.
•  Resolving the queries of new joiners if any through mails & in person.
•  Partner with the Risk and Worker’s Compensation team to drive safety   plans, procedures and policies.
•  Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws, company    policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
•  Process new employee through induction program.

Job Requiremnets:

•  MBA, Professional Diploma holder. 
• Have valid Driving license.
• Ten years of experience in same field.
•  Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
