Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Design, implement, and oversee the onboarding process to provide a    positive experience for new employees and to retain talent.
•  Assist SWIB, with the support of the Affirmative Action Officer, in meeting    its affirmative action goals.
•  Ensure prompt closure of ER escalations cases by dialogue/interventions &    prevent recurrence.
•  Co-ordination with central HR team for fulfilling statutory compliance.
•  Manage the compensation plan, including incentive compensation.
•  Strategize the branch staffing needs and execute the same through self &    team.

Job Requirements:

• Have valid driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Good Communication skills.
•  Ability to provide vision and leadership.
