Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare Detailed estimate and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for      Civil and Structural work for building, roads works, water          supply and wastewater work etc.
• Use of latest code of practices, use of auto cad etc and                prepare BOQs.
• Prepare Rate analysis and estimates.
•  Prepare monthly cost and schedule reports with forecasted        project costs and earned value measures
• Develop baseline schedules and prepare regular status                updates, utilizing P6, MS Project, or other acceptable project    management systems for medium to large size projects
• Presents and manages schedules' status, updates, and                  revisions to Project Team and writes Cost and Schedule            sections in monthly progress reports

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Graduate Holder.
• Only Female can apply.
• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
