A Filipino Civil Construction Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop and maintain a working relationship with the owner or the owner's    representative.
•  Track overall progress of work & motivate the subordinates to achieve the    set target.
•  Ensure safe working condition and practices in construction.
•  Monitor the cost of Equipment on the project and implement strategies to    stay within budget.
•  Select and oversee Subcontractors and Suppliers.
•  Dealing with sub-contractors for mobilisation of material, manpower and    machinery.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Bachelor Degree in Construction Management holder.
• Having Twelve years of expeirence in same field.
• Time Management skills.
