Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. 
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule                                meetings/appointments.
  • Be responsible for handling the operation of the front office. 
  •  Prepare correspondence, reports and miscellaneous                   documents as needed.
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Keep kitchen stocked and organized (coffee and condiments)

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication Skills.
  • IT Skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required. 
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
