Experienced Procurement Officer

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintain a strong external focus to inform negotiations and Procurement   strategy by leveraging industry peers and organizations.
•  Oversee the Vendor Management function and the data analytics Center of   Excellence.
• Coordinate closely with purchase-to-pay function, which is handled   separately in our shared services function.
•  Lead strategic sourcing managers in supplier selection and in negotiating   complex contractual terms and conditions in partnership with business   owners and other key stakeholders.
•  Define overall sourcing strategy, identify strategic opportunities for   potential savings, and make recommendations for change requirements,   where necessary.
•  Establish key business partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross   functional Discovery leadership to collaborate and drive sourcing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Minimum 9 years experience in the field.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
•  Strong Knowledge on ERP & SAP.
