We are looking for a female Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  •  Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  •  Make travel arrangements for executives.
  •  Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  •  Maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Handle phone calls and mails.

Requirements: 

* Good communication skill in English.
  • Basic knowledge in computer.
  • Smart and Interpersonal skill.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
