Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare monthly cost and schedule reports with forecasted        project costs and earned value measures.
• Develop baseline schedules and prepare regular status                updates, utilizing P6, MS Project, or other acceptable project    management systems for medium to large size projects.
• Presents and manages schedules' status, updates, and                  revisions to Project Team and writes Cost and Schedule            sections in monthly progress reports.
•  Maintain issue notes & keep records of materials involved for    production under each projects to obtain accurate costing.
• Accurate and timely system recording of materials & labour      hours being involved for production under each projects.
• Prepare costing reports respectively for each projects and          submit to the Management as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Graduate Holder.
