Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Create and drive clear process definition for Procurement           Operations to meet business requirements , and maintain            handoffs within the team. 
• Establish and report appropriate KPIs to measure and manage    the performance and compliance of the requisition to                  purchase order process , and contract administration process. 
• Manage and guide a staff of procurement associates on              the procurement operations team.
•  Support development and training of standards, guidelines,        and policy compliance requirements at global and regional        levels.
• Develop in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes,    cost, supply chain and strong business sense in making              strategic and tactical decisions.
• Support special projects around vendor rationalization and        payment terms.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management and supervising skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
