Nurse With One Year Experience

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Nurse in UAE.

Job Details:

•  To assess the needs of the patients in the ward & give direct patient care (bed making, mouth/back care, bed bath, hair wash, changing of position) &  allotted care by the Ward Incharge.
•  To plan for the total patient care of the Ward along with the ward sisters /    Incharge including the procedure of admission & discharge of the patient.
•   To carry out the correct orders of Doctors and Ward Incharges and make a     record of the same.
•  To maintain accurate records, reports and ensure that the billing sheet is   filled in correctly and patient is charged for all procedure services,    medications etc.
• To maintain all articles, stock of drugs, linen and other supplies, poisonous    drug register inventory by periodical checking replacement.
•  To take care of the patients case sheets & send them to the Medical record    department after the discharge within 24 hours.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Nursing Degree.
• With valid DHA Licence.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
