Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Office Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Manage vendor relations.
  • Handle office maintenance and manage relationships with service providers.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures.
  •  Manage and maintain the Company diary and email account.    Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print            attachments.
  • Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel                      arrangements are managed effectively including producing a    daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc.
  • Support the purchase team to efficient manage the                      procurement and inventory

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication Skills.
  • Management Skills.
  • Minimum 14 years experience is required.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
