Job Description :

Requires an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  •  Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  •  Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental     finances, budget preparation, personnel issues etc. to aid executives
  •  Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other   documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation   software.
  •  Make travel arrangements for executives.
  •  Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and    presentation by executives, committees etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  •  Well versed with MS Excel.
  •  Good typing speed.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
  • Good communication skills.
