Indian, Male Procurement Officer

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Work closely with the finance team to ensure cost protocols and vendor   development is implemented. 
•  Establish and maintain relationships with bidders/vendors that are   professional, honest, and fair.  
•  Monitor and review procurement and contracting procedures through   consultation with the finance and accounting teams. 
•  Establish and implement short and long-range organizational goals,   objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures.
•  Monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness and   implement required changes for organizational improvement.
•  Work directly with global vendors to build strategic partnerships and   manage negotiations when necessary.
