Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Vendor payments management, prepare tender documents,        contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other                           documentation
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and          adjusting budget projections accordingly.
•  Utilize Passport Work Management and Supply systems.
• Run, summarize and analyze various Hyperion reports to            support projects and processes.
• Schedule and run monthly forecasting and accrual meetings      with Project managers, report variances and issues to both the    PM and project controls leadership.
• Utilize Excel detailed cost files for budgeting, cost                      management updates and earned value performance output.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Graduate Holder.
