Required It Support / Network / System Admin

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced System Admin in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Collaborate effectively to develop solutions and handle general updates and    configuration changes/requests.
•  Ensure the latest release of the ServiceNow application is implemented in a    timely manner with minimal or no disruption.
•  Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
•  Work within established configuration and change management policies to    ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network    infrastructure.
•  Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts. 
•  Create and update knowledge base articles and CMDB to reflect accurate     information related to system functionality and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Diploma in System & Networking holder.
• Having Three years of experience in same field.
• Good Computer skills.
