Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies/resources.
  •  Assist with meeting, travel and event planning.
  •  Fields all incoming mail, packages and deliveries.
  •  Verifies all expense receipts for expenses report by employees.
  •  Manages jobsite visits so we are fully engaged in the progress of the project.
  •  Insure we are invoicing per the contract at the correct prices, per agreement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Having 12 years experience in the field.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
