•  Establish trusting relationships across senior executive and management    levels to influence strategic outcomes. 
•  Partner with the business on optimal approaches to achieving organizational    performance.
•  Strategically build vendor relationships, content and materials development;    market and communicate appropriately.
•  Designing curriculums for all employees.
•  Ensuring the updation of Skill levels of operators, supervisors, managers.
•  Ensure all documentations related the training.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Recruitment, Performance Mgmt. & Leadership Devt.
• Strong Organizational Skills. 
•  Designing and supplying a variety training styles.
• Having Fifteen years of experience in same field.
