Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Demonstrates effective team relations with other members.
  •  Uses collection tools effectively to ensure quality recovery services and    meet or exceed established goals and work standards.
  •  Reviews account information for appropriate status in TLRA's collection    system.
  •  Handling cases of customer complaining to SEBI, CDSL & MD.
  •  Handling Customer Queries through Calls, Emails and Online Chat.
  •  Giving Training to new Joinees and Refresher training.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Having a minimum of Three years Middle East experience.
  •  Knowledge in spoken Arabic is mandatory.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills.
