Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Demonstrates effective team relations with other members.
- Uses collection tools effectively to ensure quality recovery services and meet or exceed established goals and work standards.
- Reviews account information for appropriate status in TLRA's collection system.
- Handling cases of customer complaining to SEBI, CDSL & MD.
- Handling Customer Queries through Calls, Emails and Online Chat.
- Giving Training to new Joinees and Refresher training.
Job Requirements:
- Good Communication skills.
- Having a minimum of Three years Middle East experience.
- Knowledge in spoken Arabic is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
