Looking For Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Work with portfolio analyst to confirm quarterly valuations, appraisal     process and occupancy figures.
•  Distribute lease announcements to the company for all lease deals.
•  Analyzing the monthly results and variances between the Budget and Actual     results.
•  Co-ordinating the external audit and ensuring timely completing of audit    and accounts.
•  Ensuring effective internal financial controls.
•  Roll out the various financial policies and procedures and ensuring statutory    compliances.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Communication skills.
•  BS degree in Business Management holder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe and Outlook.
• Extensive experience of Five years in corporate finance.
