Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer.

Job Details:

• Assess compensation levels/options in accord with fairness, employee satisfaction, competition, and retention and make recommendations to the Executive Director.
• Manage the compensation plan, including incentive compensation.
• Develop and maintain familiarity with compensation systems in comparable organizations.
• Oversee communications and/or counsel staff when necessary, on compensation matters.

Job Requirements:

• Well versed in Microsoft office package, SAP & Oracle.
• Valid Qatari driving licence
• With 8 years working experience in Doha.
• BSc/BA in business administration.
