Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Officer.
Job Details:
- Assess compensation levels/options in accord with fairness, employee satisfaction, competition, and retention and make recommendations to the Executive Director.
- Manage the compensation plan, including incentive compensation.
- Develop and maintain familiarity with compensation systems in comparable organizations.
- Oversee communications and/or counsel staff when necessary, on compensation matters.
Job Requirements:
- Well versed in Microsoft office package, SAP & Oracle.
- Valid Qatari driving licence
- With 8 years working experience in Doha.
- BSc/BA in business administration.
