Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant in UAE.
Job Details:
- Manage upkeep of all the conference rooms, and handle conf room bookings independently.
- Manage executive visits to the site Coordinate logistics, travel plans and local meetings.
- Manage calendar set up meetings independently from calendar, learn to update the body of email with context, skype details, managing workload and potential calendar conflicts
- Organize events locally build contacts, understand the various elements to organize an event, negotiating with the vendors, invoicing process, raising a PO, submitting bills and requesting approvals on the tool.
- Vendor management, including but not limited to stationery, purchases, consumable supplies and liasing with local teams.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
