Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Create materials to be used within those activities in advance.
•  Coordinate and schedule onsite and offsite activities such as reductions in   force, manager training, etc. ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
•  Create complex reports and presentations with the ability to cull, compile,   and collate essential data.
•  As an extension of the my HR Service Center and to support the Centralized   Crisis Management Support initiative.
•  This role will provide outreach support, by conducting outbound phone calls   to employees in the impacted area.
•  The purpose of this call is to confirm the employee’s safety, identify any   impact/damage and collect employee needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Computer Skills.
