We are looking for an experienced Office Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Manage the administrative affairs of the office.
  •  Oversee and organize all safety procedures.
  •  Keeps the office libraries [books, products and sample materials] in order.
  •  Manage accounts receivable: invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
  •  Answer phones, providing general information about Lindamood-Bell    services.
  •  Check on the staff absence or presence.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skill.
  • Having Eight years of experience in same field.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Strong Organization skills.
