Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Manage the administrative affairs of the office.
- Oversee and organize all safety procedures.
- Keeps the office libraries [books, products and sample materials] in order.
- Manage accounts receivable: invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
- Answer phones, providing general information about Lindamood-Bell services.
- Check on the staff absence or presence.
Job Requirements:
- Good Communication skill.
- Having Eight years of experience in same field.
- Time Management skills.
- Strong Organization skills.
