Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assist with disciplinary warnings and performance related terminations.
•  Oversee new hire life-cycle from application to start date.
• Train new HR team members on all aspects of the HR support function.
• Coordinate job postings, interviews, and other steps in the   applicant/candidate life-cycle.
•  Manage performance review process in HR System.
•  Assist with new hire orientation logistics coordination, employee training   sessions and process employee separations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Minimum Four years experience in the field.
• Good Organizational Skills.
