We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Define your own strategy of development in line with the global strategy.
•  Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through     networking and commercial actions.
•  Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business    development objectives.
•  Build and maintain organizational mapping of competitors & staying    abreast of sourcing best-practices/strategies and current market place    trends.
•  Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit   Mid-Senior/Niche IT candidates within limited candidate pools.
•  Assist in the development of the search strategy, including researching    potential target industries and construction of company target lists.

Job Requirements:

•  B.Tech and MBA holder.
• Having Five years of experience in same field.
