Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Secretary in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Maintain local petty cash in accordance with Company protocol.
- Maintain employee personnel files and helps prepare for audits.
- Order, maintain, and track office supplies.
- Preparation of Notice, Agenda & Minutes of various meetings.
- Filing of Various forms & applications with MCA
- Maintenance of Secretarial Records, Statutory Books and Registers
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Minimum 8 years experience is required.
- IT Skills.
- Good communication Skills.
