Looking for an experienced Secretary in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Maintain local petty cash in accordance with Company               protocol.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and helps prepare for             audits.
  • Order, maintain, and track office supplies.
  •  Preparation of Notice, Agenda & Minutes of various                  meetings.
  • Filing of Various forms & applications with MCA 
  • Maintenance of Secretarial Records, Statutory Books and          Registers 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Minimum 8 years experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
