Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Checking the running bills of the Contractor.
  • Checking the measurements at site.
  • Verification of final quantities for release of final payments        to the Contractor.
  •  Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities,          Tender Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.
  • Estimation work including tender pricing, rate analysis,               budgeting etc.
  • Capable of reading drawings, specifications, identifying the      item of works and taking off quantities.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Minimum 5 years experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
