Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develops relationships with multiple hiring managers to            serve as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition needs.
• Develops in-depth understanding of the business and                  candidate qualifications and competencies to fill open                positions.
• Manages the recruitment strategy for multiple openings              (active workbench to average 20-25 open job requisitions) to    include the hiring manager intake session, candidate                  identification, screening/interviewing, presentation to                manager and offer development and negotiation.
•  Ensuring a robust source mix with clear focus on cost.
• Ensuring manning fulfillment & penetration across the              assigned branch.
•  Time bound quality hiring.

Job Requirements:

• MBA Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
