Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Secretary cum Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

  • Assist in phone reception for sales executive and administrative departments.
  • Prepare and coordinate mail, faxes,
  • Handle petty cash and reconciliation.
  • Maintain all company accounts in accounting software and prepare monthly cash flow statements, P&L,   etc.
  • Coordinate with auditors once a year for auditing.
  • Provide confidential support to management team.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Excellent Organization skills.
