Looking For Operation Support Officer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Operation Support Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Brief Division Chief & Deputy Chief for OT&E meetings at Directorate    level.
•  Manage HBS Division Awards & Decoration process of Military and   Civilian personnel.
•  Monitor HBSO Branch Workflow as a primary and HBS as a secondary     support.
•  Handling complaints and providing quick solutions.
•  Orders booking on phone, forwarding to the respective vendors.
•  Coordinate orders deliveries updating status to the customers.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Valid Qatar Driver’s License.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Strong Organization skills.
