Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Capable of reading drawings, specifications, identifying the item of works    and taking off quantities.
•  Estimation work including tender pricing, rate analysis, budgeting etc.
•  Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities, Tender   Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.
•  Release reports including cost to completion against budget, variance    reports, trends, cash flow programs, contingency status, and forecasts for    review. 
•  Conduct regular design reviews with owner, cost consultant, other    consultants and contractors to follow up on cost issues. 
•  Provide advice and clarity during the quantification process. Analyze   Variation Orders.

Job Requirements:

• Have Qatari Driving License.
• Good Communication skills.
• Having Three years experience in same field.
• Time Management skills.
