Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare disruption schedules, claim schedules, variation and      other contract-charges
• Reviewing contract documents and identifying variations          between Contract documents and actual shop drawings. 
•  Preparation of Schedule of Quantities and Tender making.
• Estimation work including tender pricing, rate analysis,              budgeting etc.
• Capable of reading drawings, specifications, identifying the      item of works and taking off quantities.
• Be fully aware of prevailing market rates for materials &            labor.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
