Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Sales Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for the teams- growth and performance.
•  Responsible for suggesting and discussing key marketing initiatives in the   zone with National Sales Head and other key stakeholders as and when    required.
•  Responsible for the performance analysis of the team and work with    respective functions in ensuring the performance levels stay appreciable.
•  Responsible for regular training of the team.
•  Responsible for ensuring timely reporting of MIS/ other reports by self and    team.
•  Responsible for keeping a tab on the competitions activity in and around the   zone and assist National Sales Head in devising the Sales and Growth    Strategy for the zone.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in sales field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
