We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develops and implements policies and procedures in accordance with   corporate HR policies.
•  Assure legal and regulatory compliance across the site.
•  Directs all recruiting and placement of new employees, as well as    apprentice training and promotions.
•  Strategize about people thought process - create an annual roadmap that    helps the organization achieve its business goals.
•  HR business partnering experience in an unstructured, fast paced    environment is a must.
•  Create recruiting strategies that can help us achieve long-term hiring targets.

Job Requirements:

• Having Five years experience in same field.
• Good Communication skills.
•  Strong knowledge of employment law.
•  Strong time management skills.
