Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
- Incorporation of companies and obtaining other approvals and licenses.
- Support and assist the seniors in the team in corporate compliance matters.
- Handling the Corporate Secretarial and related matters for the Clients in Bangalore and other locations;
- Coordinating with clients for various filings.
- Conducting RoC search as and when required.
- Research and advice on Company law and other allied acts.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Only Female candidates need to apply.
- Computer Literate.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field.
