Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Incorporation of companies and obtaining other approvals and licenses.
  •  Support and assist the seniors in the team in corporate compliance matters.
  •  Handling the Corporate Secretarial and related matters for the Clients in    Bangalore and other locations;
  •  Coordinating with clients for various filings. 
  •   Conducting RoC search as and when required.
  •  Research and advice on Company law and other allied acts.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Only Female candidates need to apply.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
