Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Manage monthly and quarterly employee recognition programs.
- Maintains personnel records, ensuring timely and accurate recordings and record keeping.
- Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for special projects and reports.
- Contribute to adherence to general safety & security guidelines.
- Successful implementation of Oxfam Indias HR, Admin and procurement policies at the Regional office.
- Coordinating with procurement team & logistics for Trailwalker and other Public Engagement Events.
Job Requirements:
- Good Communication skills.
- Having Four years experience in same field.
- Time Management skills.
- Strong Organization skills.
