Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage the compensation plan, including incentive compensation.
•  Develop and maintain familiarity with compensation systems in comparable   organizations.
•  Oversee communications and/or counsel staff when necessary, on   compensation matters.
•  Oversee the development of comprehensive strategic recruiting and   retention plans to meet the human capital needs of SWIB. 
•  Design, implement, and oversee the onboarding process to provide a   positive experience for new employees and to retain talent.
•  Develop training opportunities to support employees in developing   competencies and skills that are needed for success and to develop   employees who can meet future organizational needs in replacing departing   talent.
