Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrative Staff in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Coordinating all departmental reporting requirements.
  •  Identifying, gathering, and analyzing data for departmental initiatives. 
  •  Supporting the program director in managing the budget.
  •  Coordinating faculty searches and visitors; and hiring part time employees. 
  •  Maintaining all personnel files.
  •  Coordinating materials for merit.

Job Requirements:

  •  Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Graduate holder.
  •  Familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
