Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Developing written procedures, internal controls and a manageable    paygrade system.
•  Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
•  Developing positive company-wide morale.
•  Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
•  Deliver all aspects of the job on time and on budget, all with little to no    surprises.
•  Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Detailed knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.
•  Proven ability to work with consultants, the legal community and upper    management.
•  Strong proficiencies with Microsoft’s Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
