Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluat construction projects from start to finish according to schedule,                      specifications and budget.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones.
•  To ensure all aspects of the project are compliant with all          contract terms and legal requirement that govern the project.
• Prepare/review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and    additions to contractual agreements with other consultant,          suppliers and client.
• Manager all changes in the project scope to ensure the most      recent contract document are being used at all time.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
