Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager in Qatar.
Job Details:
* Coordinates services between the kitchen and drivers, while controlling activities on the receiving dock.- Ensures employees are in compliance with safety procedures.
- Responsible for getting information from other airlines for service.
- Analyses sales results and competition, and recommend ways to improve the situation.
- Furnishes sales monthly reports according to the request on a timely basis.
- Resolves booking conflict based on group importance, revenue potential, alternate dates.
Job Requirements:
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to train others required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
