Looking for an experienced Senior Human Resource Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Design and implement the talent acquisition framework for        different roles within the organization.
• Assess the talent gap in budgeted versus actual manpower in      different functions and develop the talent acquisition plan          along with business to ensure that required manpower is            available on time.
• Optimize cost of talent acquisition by proper utilization of          source mix for hiring.
•  Advise managers on compensation-related decisions to              ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Counsel employees on performance, career planning and            other topics.
• Objectively assess and bring to resolution employee relations    issues.

Job Requirements:

• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
