Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced IT Engineer in UAE.

Job Details:

Manage technical team of L1/L2 resources to ensure delivery of KPI set for NOC operations.
Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to IT Operations.
Ensuring adherence to ITSM SLAs (Incident, Change and Problem) and Compliance requirements.
Regularly measuring and publishing key metrics and MIS.
Responsible of managing operations in 24X7 environment and resourcing of team members .
Manage shift roster to cover 24/7 support window for global infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

BSc Computer Science.
Knowledge in windows 2012/2016 server.
Only Male candidates need to apply.
Minimum one year experience in the same field.
