Estimator With 2 Years Experience

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Estimator in UAE.

Job Details:

• Prepare disruption schedules, claim schedules, variation, contra-charges.
•  Reviewing contract documents and identifying variations between Contract    documents and actual shop drawings
•  Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
•  Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other    documentation.
•  Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work    on the construction of the project.
•  Understanding of specification and compliance rules related to aluminium     Engineering and Facade design principles.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Engineering Degree.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills.
