Head Chef (male)

Job Description :

Requires an experienced Head Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees'     absence or determine appropriate replacement to fill gaps.
•  Leads kitchen team and work with Sous Chef to maintain kitchen, staff     ability, and training opportunities.
•  Ensure the Health and Safety Policy is fully promoted and arrangements     have been made to carry out the policy
•  Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting     performance standards and monitoring performance. 
•  Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
•  Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Only male candidates need to apply.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
