Job Description :

Requires an experienced Business Development Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor"s activities    thereby devising strategies to counter them.
•  Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
•  Aggressively achieving the sales target.
•  Coordination with the legal department for documentation (term sheets &   agreement to lease / brand).
•   Co-ordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the   assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal,    accounts, etc). 
•  Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and    also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use     competitor"s projects.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in sales field.
• Computer skills
• Time management skills.
