Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Rceptionist in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Update calendars    and schedule meetings.
  •  Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery     and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  •  Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls .
  •  Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office .
  •  Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office .
  •  Handling client and patient calls and scheduling patient appointments.

Job Requirements:

  • Only Female candidates need to apply.
  • Graduate holder.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
  •   Proficient in MS Office.
