Hr Manager Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Facilitates project team meetings; manages agenda and key decision    documentation for all meetings; maintains record of discussion, key    decisions, and action items and updates the project plan.
•  Facilitates work sessions ensuring solutions are developed, actions     identified and deliverables are met.
• Implement the human resources policy of the Company & Resource   Planning.
•  Identify training needs and ensure the creation and execution of effective    training & development programs.
•  Assists with monitoring program financials and provides necessary    information for financial approvals and reporting, up to and including work    supporting the HR Business Case.
•  Ensure the timely implementation of the periodic and annual appraisal    process.

Job Requirements:

•  Strong tactical and execution skills.
• Good Communication skills.
•  Ability to analyze data and present findings to various stakeholders.
•  Strong business process acumen.
