Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible party for conducting, documenting and reporting    safety meetings.
• Assist in preplanning of projects including plan review and        comments, manpower, project sequencing, material takeoffs,    material requisitions and reviewing subcontractor’s              scopes of work.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels          with Construction Manager, Senior project managers, project     designers and client.
• Manage work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives    including the control of work hours, overtime and   incentive schemes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all aspects of the project are compliant with all                contract terms and legal requirement that govern the project.
•  Determine the man force requirements and dispatch workers      to site.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Management Skills.
