Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Provide advice on and interpretation of contract                          requirements.
  • Ensure timely processing of technical reports and                      deliverables.
  • Monitor scope creep and scope changes.
  •  Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or                      subcontractors who work on the construction of the project   Pay subcontractors
  • Prepare disruption schedules, claim schedules, variation,            contra-charges
  • Reviewing contract documents and identifying variations          between Contract documents and actual shop drawings. 

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication Skills.
  • IT Skills.
  • Management Skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience is required.
